RICF documentation
The public data explorer provides bilingual snapshot visualizations of the validated snapshot, and the database search queries the enhanced foundation records and the complete social-organization registry from the browser. Search-result year labels open a dedicated foundation data profile with historical and archived/current evidence organized into accessible tabs. Its research overview adds an organization-year coverage matrix, a harmonized panel trend that runs as a single series across the published, archived-HTML, and current eras, and codebook-defined historical indicator trends with exact-value/source drill-downs.
Traceable by design
RICF is a research discovery layer over immutable releases — not a replacement for the canonical Parquet tables and their manifests.
One canonical identity. The unified social credit code is the primary key. Historical RICF IDs remain attached as explicit crosswalk evidence, so a record that changed identifier can still be followed across both eras.
Sources stay visible. Selected master values retain field-level source labels, and conflicts and displaced evidence are stored in dedicated tables rather than resolved away. A value the reviewed crosswalk does not cover keeps its source-native field code instead of an inferred label.
Snapshots, not live claims. Every count on this site is tied to a dated, validated snapshot. Live registry totals can change after publication, so a figure quoted here is a statement about the snapshot rather than about today.
Derived years are labelled as derived. A year recovered from a neighbouring filing’s prior-period or opening-balance columns carries that provenance everywhere it appears, and is never presented as a filed value.
